Should a property owner request traditional real estate brokerage services, such services may be provided separately and exclusively through NB Elite Realty, under appropriate agency agreements and disclosures, in accordance with TREC regulations.

4. Assignment of Contractual Rights

Croyden Homes LLC may enter into purchase agreements with the intent to assign or sell its contractual interest to a third party. In such cases, we do not own the underlying real property but instead hold an equitable interest through a valid, assignable contract.
